Q: What type of liquid can I use with this machine?

A: We recommend using warm demineralized water, micellar water or regular tap water.

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: All products are brand new and are being checked carefully before shipment, but if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product. No questions asked. There is also a 1 year warranty on all printers.

Q: What's in the box?

A: The device comes with a USB charging cable, a user manual, replacement filters, 3 hard nozzles and 3 soft silicone nozzles. 

Q: How do I clean the device?

A: Take out the nozzle and rinse it with clear water and soap, fill the tank with clean water and let the device run for a couple of seconds.
